Boulevard Mixed-use
Old Fourth Ward | 3.29 Acres | 285 Units
Mixed-use specialist developer Fuqua Development gets approval for their 285-Unit project.
Fuqua was started in 2012 and has many projects around ATL, including the The Braves Battery Atlanta.
UNIT MIX PIE
The site is a long, skinny rectangle right next to Freedom Parkway. It is currently developed as a mixture of SFR, a "Barkway" dog park, and Desparate Housewares (vintage furniture).
The drawings show parking spaces for the dog park, so we don't think it's going anywhere.
Reynoldstown
Reynoldstown | 2.76 Acres | 200 Units
We counted 200 units from the site plan. They are spread about as dense as possible in a classic courtyard configuration.
NRP Group is a multifamily developer active in Texas, Florida, and throughout the east coast.
Ira Street Redevelopment
Pittsburgh | .114 Acres | 16 Affordable Units
A Pittsburgh single family lot will turn into 16 affordable units over 7,900 SF of retail.
Retail use:
small-format grocery store
a gym
office
The apartments will rent at 50-80% AMI.

Sylvan Hills Senior Apartments
Sylvan Hills | 6.81 Acres | 193 Units
The Fulton County Land bank is bringing 193 senior living units to Sylvan Hills.
They are providing 40 additional parking space (233) than what's required (193).
Owner: Fulton County Land Bank Authority, Inc.
